I am Andrea Carter, a twenty-year Education professional Certified in Early Learning Directorship, and Elementary Education.  I have held Leadership roles as a High School Principal, School Developer, Adjunct Professor, and currently, I am a Doctoral Candidate (Education – Education Innovation) at St. Thomas University.
